Atmosphere by Pam Slotsema
The Ritz Koney has a great atmosphere. It doesn’t have as much character as Yesterdog and its not as unique as the Dog Pit, but it beats them both in downtown laid back atmosphere. The inside walls are brick and it has a high ceiling. There is lots of seating – dark red booths lining all the walls and pizza restaurant style tables and chairs filling the middle of the room. Its the kind of place where you can sit with a few friends, talk, eat some good comfort food and feel like you’re having your own private hang out – but then if a group of friends happens to be sitting at another table, you would be perfectly in place joking across the restaraunt with them.
