Need fake merchandise, great place to go. The Food is great, everything from real Chinese to Viennese and the markets to get real Chinese products.

Not worth it!
This is an island of touristland in the middle of a really vibrant and genuine part of Manhattan. Walk across it, walk parallel to it, just don’t walk on it.

Worth visiting!
Canal Street drives me crazy. No one can walk in a straight line and vendors crowd the sidewalks. Still, it’s a great place to pick up sunglasses, strange Japanese candy and a knock-off bag. You can bargain with nearly everyone there, so do!
