I went to Northern Ireland to see Giant’s Causeway. The rocks look so cool! I went with a tour bus so I only had an 1 1/2 hours. I would suggest probably 2 hours if you want to walk the upper route as well as the lower route. Definitely one of my favorite places I’ve seen so far.

To see the castles, the food, music, and culture. My ancestors came from ireland to new york back in early 1900’s.

My great grandfather was born in Ireland and came to America in 1881. I would love to go to Ireland to track down my Irish family history…..I do have Green blood and would love to visit and maybe live in Ireland!

Northern Ireland is a truly beautiful place. I had the opportunity to go in the fall when the weather is at its best. Rent a car and just DRIVE. You’ll come across adorable towns, friendly pubs, and castle ruins. Breathtaking countryside.

I did a re-enactment event at the Ulster American Folk Park in July this year. It was great – a lovely site, brilliant event, very friendly people. And as an Irishwoman living in England, it was nice to hear native/familiar accents again!
