Stay at a timeshare condo:
Look on Craigslist or Ebay for people selling their timeshares and you will save a TON of money. My 4-day trip to Vegas cost me a grand total of $385… and the plane ticket was $250 of that. We stayed at the Marriott’s Grand Chateau (which had a pool and bar on the roof!) and the Wyndham Grand Desert (which had amazing customer service). Casinos like Paris and MGM Grand are within walking distance of both of them. At the Grand Chateau, we did have to do a presentation, but at Wyndham we did not.

All ladies are VIPs:
If you go to Vegas with a group of (especially good-looking) girls (no men), all you have to do is walk up and talk to the bouncer at any club you want to go to and you will probably get to walk past all of the lines. This may not be true at really exclusive places or when a celebrity is at the club or something, but when I went, it was like that everywhere. Make sure you get a free pass before hand so you won’t have to pay either. Or sometimes the bouncers will give them to you. I think a lot of ladies didn’t know this and wasted lots valuable time in line.
For example, on our last night, a Sunday, my friends and I went to Body English at the Hard Rock. The line was endlessly long. Since it was our last night, we really didn’t want to wait in line all night, so we walked up to the bouncer at the front of the line and waited for him to acknowledge us. Before we even had to say a word, a VIP host “adopted” us, gave us free passes, and got us right in. And normally people pay for VIP hosts… It was awesome and we felt on top of the world! So anyway, my point is, in Vegas women don’t wait in line… keep that in mind on your next girl’s trip.
If you’re a guy… unless you have some $$$$ to pay for bottle service or VIP hosts or unless know someone who knows someone, good luck…
Watch out for the taxi drivers:
Do your research and know where you’re going and how to get there. A lot of times taxi drivers will take you the long way to wherever you need to go in order to make more money. And taxi rides in Vegas are NOT cheap. So be specific if necessary, and let them know in advance that you aren’t gonna take any B.S.
Oh, and speaking of taxi drivers, make sure you use the crosswalks please. Nothing ruins a trip like getting hit by a car.
Anyway, that’s just what I gathered from my first trip to Vegas. Can’t wait to go back!
