I love Salta! So beautiful.

was in a breezy field near salta. it was a great experience albeit nowhere near what i expected for paragliding. I thought we´d be jumping off one of the mountains that surrounds this interesting city, but instead we were lifted off the floor of a valley plain tethered to a cable attached to a land cruiser that pulled us across the valley in order to move the parachute enough to create lift. once we reached an interesting altitude i released the tether and floated back to valley floor.

I went here a number of times, spending a lot of time at Grillo’s (http://saltarafting.com.ar/) river camp, paddling the Juramento river. Great food!
