Within driving distance from Copper Mountain and whatever city that’s in. Places to eat, shopping, bars.

Breckenridge Brewery. If you love beer, and I know that you do…stop here for a spell. Stop long enough and you will truly be under a spell, especially if they’re brewing up some of that espresso porter and seasonal barleywine. Whoo!

Breck is by far the most fun ski town to live in…but I am biased.
Gotta go ride Breck!!

1 of 2 places I got altitude sickness- drink lots of water, lay low on alcohol for a couple days

Just a great place, if you work for the mountain ie Vail Resort you ski for free on your days off, not just at Breck, also Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek, Araphoe Basin. Spent two winters out ther being a ski bum, in my forties. Not too bad.

I attempted to learn how to snowboard at Breckenridge—it didn’t work out so well. Maybe I’ll try snowboarding again, but only with a pillow duct-taped to my seat and a sturdy helmet on. Might as well look as special as I snowboard.

The town of Breck, I know nothing about. The slopes, I frequent as often as I can. It is a large mountain and if you avoid traveling to the very bottom, you will miss out from standing in long lines to be lifted back up.

Snow boarded first time on CO

I love this place, it is sooooo mellow the people are mellow and friendly even the dogs that hang out in the store are mellow not like the uptight dogs in the city. After coming here for the slopes I would move here in a second. Unfortunately property is very expensive so I will have to settle for visiting. Love the atmosphere and did I mention it is beautiful. Nice altitude adjustment flying from chicago to denver, everyone was so gassy the whole week.

This has to be my favorite town in Colorado. Not one bad expierience here!
