William T. Young Library

They are going to be opening a new section in the basement for student free-form study: lots of computers, whiteboards, etc.

It’s already operating, should be in full swing after spring break 2007.

W.T. Young Library is often spotlighted by the University of Kentucky, and rightfully so. The library is big, offering patrons the feeling of openness. This is demonstrated in its layout. If someone sneezes on the first floor, you are able to hear it from the fifth. Often a favorite place for students to study. You will find the library packed during finals week. Just a lot of library-goodness!
