It's a Small World

Hey, everyone should go at least once. It’s a cultural icon! I’d go again in a heartbeat … with my grandkids.

I felt greener than that muckety-muck water they got running through there.

I didn’t exactly go here, but my mom and I ate right next to it as my dad and sister went on the ride. I didn’t want to go on it because the song is both annoying and kinda creepy. My sister, who was eight at the time, liked it though.

My friend convinced us to go on this. We pretty much laughed at it the whole time, especially the stereotypes. I took a picture of them being sad on it.

Do it once evry trip. Then run away screaming. hahahahaha.
It is cute, and it’s a tradition so I go on it…
But… why would I ever go on it more than once a year?

It’s worth seeing at least once, especially if you have kids. Small kids.

It’s a classic. Everyone needs to go on it at least once.

VERY tame. Young kids will love it, older folk will like it. Wait in a fairly long line to sit in a boat and go in a big circle, all the while see semi-creepy amniotronic children sing “It’s A Small World” over and over again. Go if it’s your first trip to WDW and the line isn’t too long.

As creepy as it was, it was also quite adorable. You do get the song stuck in your head. They could easily make a horror movie out of this ride because it really is creepy. I still thought it was a cute little ride. I’d go on it again. If anything, it’s nice to sit down for awhile.

Was it worth visiting? I s’pose so, just to experience the most syrupy, apple-pie theme park experience in the world. It’s incredibly annoying, but if you can put aside your cynicism and view it with a young child’s eyes, it is sweet!
