Tampa International Airport aka: TPA

I like the little tram place. The one thing I didn’t like was I couldn’t find a place to plug my laptop in so I found an ATM machine and used that outlet while sitting on the floor of the airport.

I bagged this airport in the early 90’s. We were trying to go to Walt Disney World. The flights into Orlando were all booked on the days we wanted to travel. So the airline agent suggested that Tampa was a good alternative. There were a lot of seats available, and it was about an hour and a half away from Orlando.

It worked out pretty well for us. The best part is of course, that I got to count an airport that ToddieM has been to.

I flew into this airport before my ill-fated rendezvous with those Scientology mountebanks. (see ToddieM’s random fact postings for a def to “mountebank”) Hint: Think 3 card monte..

Clean, convenient, and lots of bars!

A much better airport than Orlando.

It’s really just an airport… not really worth it to go unless you need to.

Not my favorite airport, but not my least favorite, either. It’s less stressful to go through than Hartsfield-Jackson but much worse than Birmingham International, which is almost not a hassle at all, until you fly somewhere else and have to go through that airport. Considering I had a grand tour of all three of those airports in the same day, I can accurately say this one is right in the middle.

I HATE THIS FREAKING AIRPORT AND IM SICK OF GOING HERE TWICE A WEEK!!!!
