Ponca City

I LIVE HERE. IT’S A TOTALLY GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. IT’S REALLY HISTORICAL. PRETTY MUCH THE WHOLE TOWN IS A HISTORICAL MONUMET. EVERYONE SHOULD TOTALLY VISIT HERE. IT’S IN NORTHERN OKLAHOMA SO WE GET OKLAHOMA AND KANSAS WEATHER. IT’S PRETTY UNPRADICABLE. IF YOU PLAN ON DOING ANYTHING OUTSIDE YOU SHOULD REALLY HAVE A BACK UP PLAN IN CASE IT RAINS.

My Dad worked here, so I lived here a while when I was a kid. I don’t remember much, but I had some nice nabours.

Born and raised here. My family for the most part is still there.

No matter how many places I moved to Ponca City had always remained my home.People are friendly here and it’s a good place to raise a family.Ponca City is always changing and growing , but still manages to maintain it’s laid back atmosphere.What I love about Ponca City is Grand AVE and all the historic buildings downtown.

When I lived in Caldwell, KS, Ponca City had the closest Wal-Mart that was open late, so I would drive the 45 minutes there to go shopping!

...only because I have relatives who live there.

What can I say? I was born and raised here. PC has about 30k people presently living there. Main attractions: Sun-n-Fun, Marland Mansion, Lake Ponca/Kaw Lake, Dragging Grand Ave., Pioneer Woman Statue/Museum, Moto-Cross Nationals. Great place to raise a family. There is not much night life or shopping. The people are very friendly, genuine and trusting.
