Over priced deserts from snobby wait staff. The house is great and a unique but this is where I would go in Portland before I knew of anything else to do.

Visit the bathroom while you’re here. And watch your table carefully.

It was closed! At three o’clock on a Friday afternoon. With no sign posted and no explanation.

And what’s more, it’s in the middle of nowhere and I’m both carless and orientationally challenged. Took me forever to get there.

Naughty, naughty!

If I should discover that some emergency led to the closure, I shall amend my judgment.

i love the books on the tables that you can write in. i could spend all night reading them

I just think that the name is quite punny and I get a kick outta stuff like that… Plus, cawfee… can’t go wrong there.

Great desserts. Do they still have the frozen lemon pie?

We changed tables like 3 times and it took forever to get what we wanted. That being said, this cafe is a great spot, although I can’t help comparing it to the Pied Cow, which probably wins.

This too-cutesy place kind of gives me the creeps. I don’t have anything specifically against a coffee house with a musical composers theme, but enough, already.

Plus, those rickety little tables and chairs are annoying.
