Awesome! Nice waterfront. Very historic with great restaurants. Close to Raleigh (relatively) and close to the beaches.

Great for golfing,antiquing and relaxing !

New Bern is my hometown.

It is a gorgeous place with very friendly people.

If you like history, this is THE place for you.

If you like the water, this is the place for you.

Like nature? this is the place.

Like shopping? Not so much. The rumor is that we are getting a new department store downtown and a revamped mall soon though!

It’s nice, it’s quaint, it ain’t for me.

I understand that real estate is booming here.

a great retirement town, right on the Neuse River. Use to be the Capital of NC. Lots of old places to investigate. Interesting back streets.
