Baha'i House Of Worship

My friend Mark took me here many years ago and I suggested to the friend I am visting on this trip that we go by. I remembered that the building was stunning, but I forgot that it was also approachable and peaceful and beautiful.

The day was hot and sunny and we walked around inside and then in the gardens. I took a few photos but the ones that are already here show you what it is like – concrete that appears to be lace – delicate but strong.

This is one of the most beautiful pieces of architecture I have ever seen.

Breathtaking, and yet it feels like home!

Amazing place- truly you can feel the presence of God inside the beautiful sanctuary. Even if the locals call it the ‘orange juice squeezer’!

Beautiful gardens and architecture. The stonework on the building’s exterior is lovely.
