My wife and I got engaged on Crescent Beach on Siesta Key. The powdery white sand is luxurious and the sunsets are usually stunning. While the area could use more eateries, the ones already there are casual and tasty. With a high concentration of condos versus hotels the population skews to the geriatric set, making it quiet and peaceful.
