It’s an amazing museum where one can see Guernica among many other beautiful and famous paintings.

Amazing art gallery with floors upon floors of amazing works of art. Don’t miss the Picasso exhibit, as well as the exhibits by Miro, Dali and many other amazing Spanish artists.

Tip of the day, if you can plan it right, there are special days of the week, i.e. Sun that you can get special discounts to these museums.

Well, actualy I ended up in the front of the museum on a Sunday, but it was closed since 2 pm. Nevertheless, I managed to shoot the first pic for the entry. I’m most interested to see Picaso’s Guernica.

A great modern art museum. Not to be missed: the famous Guernica painting by Picasso, protected from visitors behind a bullet-proof glass but no less impressive for it.

Do not pass this place up!!!!

When in Madrid a Must See, for the Picasso paintings, along with the Jeroen Bosch paintings in the Prado and the Escorial.

I have to say that this is probably my favorite museum in Spain. Just to see Guernica in person is amazing. You can’t really even put it into words. The painting is heartwrenching and horrific and must be seen.

Also, nice collection of Miro and Dali paintings!

...best of all the galleries I thought.

i want to go here & look at fantastic spanish art…& the highlight of my trip will be seeing my favorite work of art, pablo picasso’s guernica.
