Laguna Beach

I love Laguna Beach! I live almost right next to it so I go there at least once a month. There are lots of arts stuff to do and see in Laguna. During the summer they have the Sawdust Festival which showcases local artists’ talents—pottery, jewelry, photography, oil painting, glass, etc. All year round, there are a variety of art galleries that are open to the public to just browse around or to purchase! For the boutiques, nice restaurants, and art galleries go to Forest Ave. and around there. The shopping there isn’t your average shopping. They have unique boutiques with things you might not find elsewhere. Definitely stop by an art gallery and eat at 230 or Aegean Cafe.

Talk about NIIIICE ass area!

All I can say is…love. I love the place, the people, everything about it. The people there are VERY good looking, and have the cliche so-cal look to them. The restaurants and hotels in the area are ritzy and great, the beaches are amazing! <3!!! Been there twice before, and want to go back again and again (or move there!)

after watching “Laguna Beach” from MTV, i have been dying to go there. it looks soo nice! i wonder how it really is to be there…

Has one of the most beautiful city beaches I’ve seen.

And I don’t care. It’s just a great place to go for a wander up and down the beach or the nearby trails. A lot of the shops are totally touristy, and that includes the galleries, so be warned, but there’s a slew of solid places to eat as well, and the scenery just can’t be beat. Take some time, get there early, pack a little something to nibble on as needed and then just wander about a bit for the day.

Very happening, busy on weekends. Considered the “in” place. Great food, awesome deserts. As I’m from Vancouver, that’s a compliment for any american restaurant. No offense.

Just like about everybody else, I’d love to live here. Not going to happen, but nice to dream. I stayed here when I visited San Diego and L.A. I like all of SoCal, but Laguna is one of the best areas.

I also really enjoyed the restaurant right on the beach, Las Brisas. It had great food and an amazing view. Sigh. Man oh man, why can’t the beaches around NYC be as pretty?
