Morgantown

Morgantown has really nice views of the cities as well it seems like a party city, people are up until late at least the part where I was.

i was born here.

Didn’t see too much of the town, but we stayed in a historic hotel and had dinner on the roof. It was very romantic and memorable.

I ate lunch there. It’s crazy hilly.

I’m a JR at WVU and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. This town, these people- they make the college experience all that it is.

Every fall we travel to see the Mountaineers play!

I visited this town a few years ago for a friend’s birthday, he had no plans so I decided to come and visit. We didn’t do a whole lot of sight-seeing since he had a bad toothache and it was that time of the month for me (I was hardly in the mood to do much of anything), but I still had a good time and would like to go back to try and see more than I did. As soon as I got home, the first thing my parents asked was if the people I met had all their teeth. Yes, as far as I could tell. Freakin’ stereotypes. :P

I spent 5 wonderful years here in Morgantown during the mid 60s in college at West Virginia University. I graduated with a Civil Eng. degree and eventually moved to SC. Morgantown was a great college town and we had a lot of fun and adventure here. One memory was jumping off the bridge into the cheat river.

I miss Morgantown!
