This is where I went to train in the Marine Corps and MCT training.

Had some fun here but not really

Spent my best childhood years on Camp Pendleton (San Onofre)! The best part was being able to ride our bikes down to the beach and we’d have sleepovers there. Awesome.

Camp Pendleton is awesome!

I had no clue how big the base actually was, it is amazing! Of course, I loved it. It was awesome getting to see where my boyfriend works, sleeps, and eats 24/5 haha!

I reccomend it to anyone with a loved one that resides here!

I went to my best friends graduation!! It was wonderful, I have never been so proud of him. The stay in San Deigo before the graduation was wonderful. California is sooo sunny, I have lived in Northern Cail my whole life but something about Southern Cali screams “perfect California”. Well weather wise that is… Southern California drivers suck! They are so rude, but aside from that the visit was wonderful and there was sun everywhere.

I want to go back and visit my buddy

It’s a military base! You have to know someone to get on, but if you can visit, it’s really interesting to have life on a military base explained to you. It’s a totally different lifestyle. I’ve been living on this base for over a year now. So weird how seeing guys in cammies everywhere doesn’t even faze me anymore and the sound of helicopters flying overhead and things blowing up doesn’t even cause me to jump anymore.

Marines, mountains, machine guns. I don’t even think there is anything else necessary to say! It is an awesome place if I could live there I would… oh, wait, I can. I’m marrying a Marine!
