Stone Mountain

It might be sappy but just sitting on the mountain (feeling the breezes and watching your surroundings) is bliss…

I got lost here when I was like 7. I was playing on the cannon in front of the elephant ear vendor when my dad walked away with all my siblings and brothers and sisters (there’s alot of us, its easy to misplace someone). I got to sit in the police tent and eat ice cream during the lazer light show while everyone got soaked in the rain, my mom finally found me- she was drenched from the rain and from her tears.

I guess losing a kid is some sort of tragedy? I was happy, I got ice cream.

This place is great! I mean it has everything espically Stone Mountain Park. I love the rides! It is worth visting!

This is where my boyfriend told me he loved me for the first time during the laser show.

It will always be a special place for the both of us and I definitely want to go back.

Great views from the top. Not too hard to climb, or you can ride the lift to the top.
They used to have great laser-light shows in the summer… I wonder if they still do?

i lived here for 14 years. the park and downtown stone mountain are definitely worth the visit.
