Port St. Lucie is in a great location, half way in-between Miami and Orlando. The weather is generally good, but can get pretty cold in Dec-Feb. Go sailing on the river, there’s a good chance you’ll see dolphins up close and personal, and there are some great golf courses in the area.

One of the best spots I have been to but I am partial to this place cause it is my hometown. I have been alot of places and would definitely choose this place to live. Just getting pretty expensive.

I live here and I want to leave! I can see how it could be interesting to visit, there is a lot of growth happening here, but I would like to live elsewhere. Like either deep city or deep nature would be great.

This place is very busy and getting even busier. We have family that lives here and we visit every holiday. It is a nice place to visit but expect traffic and alot of New York and new Jersery Retirees. This place never sleeps. The ocean is near by in either Jensen Beach or Fort Pierce areas. There are alot of shopping places. We were planning on moving back here but the property values are through the roof. In one year they went up 36%. It isn’t getting any better either. Good paying jobs are hard to come by as far as tring to keep up with the sky rocketing house prices. It was hit last year by 2 hurricanes. Some of the houses still have the blue tarps on them. They have a few nice resturants here. They have like 5 Super Walmarts too. :) If you’d like to know a few just ask if you plan on visiting. Anything else I can help you with just ask!
