Trinity College

Yeah, the Book of Kells.

I have always loved celtic artwork. While in Dublin I made a point of stopping by the Trinity College to see the Book of Kells. The talent that went into making the book is breath taking.

The sun was out, the grass was green. Just beautiful. I actually didn’t get to see much of the college. But I did get to see the Book of Kells…..impressive.

Also I’m a non practicing irish catholic. Well i bought my first and only rosary there, its a lovely color of green, with shamrocks. Its pretty. and worth every penny, espeically since i’m sure I was overcharged….but non the less.

the college is really beutiful. I wish I went to a college that beutiful. I know the students get annoyed of everyone taking there photographs though.

Trinity is amazing if you like historic buildings… the university is 400 years old and you can feel it… sort of like Harvard. It also houses the Book of Kells, which is worth a (quick) visit.
