Lakeland

Sure it is the point-center of Florida, but this place couldn’t get any shittier!

I am a Florida native, born and raised in Lakeland. I don’t live there any longer, but it is and always will be home.
There aren’t a lot of things to do here, especially for a young person. But I promise you will always be welcomed here, because people are on the whole generally pretty nice.

Grew up here, love it and miss it!

Lakeland is nice I suppose. It’s not home and yet it’s exotic either. It’s not small and it’s not to big either. It’s a preety nice place to land in if you are in the area.

Born and Raised in good ol’ Lakeland, Home of the THE LAKELAND DREADNAUGHTS (#1 in the nation)!!! I can be boring but its 1 hour from Tampa and Orlando.

its really not that great. they need an in between button for worth visiting and not worth visiting. the only reason why i’m going to say its worth visiting is because its a bit different then most of fl. its sort of old florida. i heard a rumor that edward scizzorheads (can’t spell) was filmed in lakeland.
