Along Savannah River, in old Savannah
The street runs from Yamacraw neighbourhood to a warehouse district by President (Hwy 80).
Old houses, buildings, and many shops and restaurants. Some hotels. Riverside docking.
One of my favourite restaurants and bars, Kevin Barry’s, is here, not far from the Hyatt. They have live Irish folk music and Guiness, and a place upstairs to watch the ships and boats come and go.
