Sydney Aquarium

It’s worth it to the the platypus. It is a good aquarium, and it also has a manta ray, which is cool. The tunnel through the water is fun, expecially is you haven’t seen something like it before. There were a lot of interesting fish on display, and a particularly active octopus as well. It is pricey, but do it. Do Not visit the wildlife place next door, however. Visit Featherdale wildlife park instead. Much more hands on and free pictures with a koala.

A great day out whether it be with family and friends. Always something new and exciting to discover. However, can be expensive especially the gift shop. I suggest go scuba diving with the sharks, you will regret not doing so. Happy travelling

well 1st of all i wanna thank my pcyc here in windale where im from they took me and an group out down syd to the sydney aquarium its was amazing,great,an good day,so much to see and know about.id seen alot and i was amazed.

It is a bit overpriced for what it is. The variety of fish is good and seeing the sharks is good. But the treat for me is the seals swimming around that glass walk-way thing. That’s special. DON’T EAT THERE! Unless you really DO have more money than sense! The price of the food is shocking…and that was my experience of it 8 years ago! I can’t imagine what it’s like now! But then you could arguse that food at any point in the harbour is dear. My suggestion, eat in George Street before moving on to Darling Harbour. If you really want the dining experience though, don’t pay the prices of the Aquarium food, go to the harbourside.

Sharks. Swimming over you. Fortunately there is glass between. Bit pricy, but worth seeing at least once.

I went there with a few tourists (for some reason, it’s on loads of people’s itineraries), and have to say I was impressed despite myself. Some crazy sharks. Ideal for a rainy day.
