Frites

I’ve been back in the Seattle area since January 2005 and didn’t get down to Frites to see Corey until mid-July, and I’m kicking myself for it. He set me up with a Klein order with a couple of different sauces, and I was amazed/astounded/annoyed I hadn’t tried these earlier.

Go early and often. Even if you dn’t like fried potatoes; these will convert you.
