Key Largo

A GREAT place to go snorkeling or diving. I found the reefs here to be in much better condition than a lot of the ones in the Caribbean. Absolutely beatiful.

I went camping here with some friends during Spring Break in college.

... but I remember having some of the best times there. I got to swim with dolphins for the first time, snorkel a coral reef for the first time and dance on stage at a bar for the first time. :)

Looking at going to Dolphins Plus – an educational dolphin facility that allows you to swim with dolphins.

Lovely place, want to go scuba diving

I had an awesome vacation there. There is not a lot to do there though. But it’s so relaxing to just lay in a hammock and read a book or swim in a pool and go out and get a fish sandwich. And sometimes that’s just what I need.

My husband and I visited here in the hopes of having a cheaper way to enjoy the Keys (we LOVED Key West). It was so not like that! Not a bad place if you like to dive or fish, or just want to spend a little time in a quiet mom & pop motel with your kids. Pleasant weather of course, just not that much fun!
