i grew up in the washington dc area, so i’ve been there several times. infact, this is where i proposed to to my wife. on august 13th 2002 at the top of the eiffel tower just before 10 pm, with the colored fountains as a backdrop. the real tower in france would of been preferable, but since i couldn’t afford to go there, had to settle for the next best thing.

I live near King’s Dominion, so I’ve been there about a thousand times :) Every summer I go with friends and family. It is really fun, but just make sure you have sunscreen and a high tolerance for jerking if you’re getting on roller coasters. Because if you don’t, ur head will be killing you if you get on the Anaconda or the Outer Limits. But they have great rides and great food.

It’s one of the best amusement parks on the east coast. If you’re more interested in seeing all kinds shows and characters…it’s probably not the place for you, but if you’re out for a pure adrenaline rush…this is the place. It’s a roller coaster lover’s dream.

Living only 2 hours from KD, I’ve been there 4 or 5 times. It’s a pretty big park and it has enough for kids and adults.

this place was the best place ever… I thought it was better then Carowinds in NC! my favorite ride was the hyper-sonic something like that… and the valcano!

A family-oriented theme park with things for the older generation to enjoy, too. Roller coasters, a water park, 1/3-scale copy of the Eiffel Tower, costumed characters, shows, shops and restaurants.
