Fort Myers

Ft Myers, where I live – actually Alva, and the surrounding area is the best place live. The weather is beautiful all year round. This winter 2008 has averaged 80+ degrees, how nice. The summers are much better than you might think. It rarely ever gets over 93 degrees. Every afternoon a shower comes and cools things off. It is cooler down in SW FL than in most places in the South. For instance, in Northern FL and GA, MS, AL it is not uncommon to see temps in the low 100s. I love this area, and highly recommend it.

This is a great place to go for beaches and the hot Florida experience. There are a few clubs down town for a nice night life. The weather is hot and beautiful. I am sure very many people would love to come here… just don’t move here, the summers can get a little miserable lol.

I lived her for about a year when I was a kid. I like it here very much, and from what I hear it has grown immensly. I wouldn’t even recognize it if I saw it again.

Fort Myers sucks I live there!Theres nothing to do but stay home or the beach or some lame museum.Ive been to all 5 of them none of them are good!I used to live in ILL.2 hours south of chicago.It rocked it had snwball fights snowforts and all that and we got our shipments of ps2’s later wich is good becuase they didnt breack.Theres also more than 7 museums there.there might be no beachs your thinking?there is man made ones.So that says it Ill.2hours south of chicago is even beter than fort myers.

Is Ft. Myers even a real city? I lived in Naples for 5 years and never saw a downtown Fort Myers. Fort Myers beach is okay as far as sleazy beach towns go. Stock up on t-shirts of geckos demonstrating various sexual positions.

It’s very dangerous on most parts. I only like downtown.

I’ve live in Fort Myers and North Fort Myers for about 13 years and loved every minute of it. The people are the best I’ve ever met. Yes, there is snow birds, but that’s where the money comes from. It’s great money, beautiful scereny around, beautiful beaches. Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key Beach, Sanibel Island, Captive Island all amazing places. Definitly worth the time!!!

i’m leaving tomorrow for Fort Myers, Flordia….i’m so excited….i’m happy i’m going….i need to get out of cleveland ohio for a few weeks….even though i’ll be away from the love of my life Justin i’ll be ok i know he loves me and he wouldn’t hurt me again
