Grand Haven

There’s Sort Of A lot of things to do to keep yourself busy lovely nature trails and just all out breath taking!

I came for a visit with my mom, and I loved the beach very much! It was a beautiful day, and there was a kite festival at thet time so it was very fun watching all those kites in the air.. :)

My family stopped through here after the Michigan Adventure in June of 2006.
The weather was picture perfect.

I went on a roadtrip with my two friends this last summer and we ended up in Grand Haven. We came around the 4th of July when there was a festival going on. I’ve never seen so many people in my life. There were crowds and crowds of people, but it was one of the best vacations of my life. We met some guys there who lived in Muskegon and they showed us around the town too. Theres this one street thats steep like a hill. I forget what its called (5 mile road or something like that) where you can see miles of grand haven. Visit this place at night. Its beautiful :) and the beach was nice too.

I went here on a gloomy ugly day.

It didn’t seem like much compared to the charm of South Haven and Saugatuck.

It might me nicers but the coastline is too industrial

I grew up in the Muskegon area and I always loved to go to Grand Haven, it is such a nice little town. I love to walk on the boardwalk and get Pronto Pups and Ice Cream in the summer.

My family has a boat here and its a blast all summer long. Great downtown area to have a lot of fun in. Not too big and not to small of a town. Definatly check it out if you love the water and BIG boats :)

My grandparents live there and it’s a beautiful place to go. Grand Haven is right on Lake Michigan and has an awesome beach. If you want lots of hustle and bustle and things to do while you’re there go during Grand Haven’s Coast Guard Festival!!! Every year the during the first week of August they have Coast Guard. There are all kinds of things ranging from art shows to carnivals and lets not forget the fireworks that they put on Saturday!! Whether you go during the festival or not it’s beautiful and fun with lots of surrounding areas to shop and the charming downtown shops
