Boardwalk

there’s nothing like walking around in the sun with a large open container of beer! and the roller coaster is great (get over the tourist thing)

Affordable, lovely hotels around the boardwalk area. Even if I hate hot weather, when I go there and lounge in the nearby hotel’s pools, I appreciate the beauty of the sunlight and just walking around the Boardwalk. I didn’t even go to the beach last time but the experience was still amazing.

The entire family went and we had a GREAT time!! Great Security force, Outstanding food and arcade, lots to do, will visit again.

We used to ride the bus in from Watsonville back in the ‘80’s and hang out in the arcade for hours. There’s Surf Bowl right across the street and if the lines weren’t too long, we’d catch a couple of coaster rides, too. Of course, prices have gone up quite a bit since then, but hasn’t everything? It was especially romantic at night, walking along the beach with the lights of the Santa Cruz Wharf and the Boardwalk surrounding us. Best to bring a coat, though…

I was terrified to ride the rides! i cant wait to see it again! it has been at least 6-7 years since i have last been there..

I always get a corn dog from the shop under the stairs when I go.

I was with my “fling” J.P. and we got a day pass and rode EVERY single ride in the place. The bathrooms were clean, too! ;)

This place is just fun. The oldest amusement park in Ca. The Giant Dipper is still my favorite roller coaster!

This is fun if you like video games, have kids, are a kid, like junk food and free concerts.

Fried Twinkies, Funnel Cakes, the Giant Dipper, a Carousel with real brass rings, and the beach and ocean just steps away! This is such a fun place to visit!
