Duomo di Milano

As others have said – go up to the top! It’s wonderful walking around on the roof surrounded by spires.

Absolutely Amazing!

I wish I had gone up to the top. I was with a group of 3 other people during our free time which is when we could have but they all said we didn’t have time and blah blah blah. Made me so angry. Grrr… Plus we had a run in with a local outside, the kind that walk around offering you things, saying it’s free and then take your money. Pretty funny stuff, especially cuz I told him I didn’t have any money, even though it was our first day in Italy. Ah, good times, can’t wait to go back to Milan in March, and hopefully go to the top!

Everyone heads to Milan…It is the fashion capital of the world. You can get anywhere from Milan by train or bus. Take lots of money…you’ll need it. Enjoy all the foods and drink that you can. Also, take a trip up to Lake Como…it’s breathtaking!

DEFINITELY pay the 6 euros to go up on the roof!! Spectacular. My favorite Duomo in Italy.

i want to go back when the reconstruction is complete and watch a Milan match there!

There is nothing like running late across the amazingly gigantic space in front of the Duomo with arms stretched in the air smiling as birds start flying above you and right next to you. Also if a Milanese football team wins the cup make sure you bring your team flag and head to the Duomo.

The amount of work that was put into this church is unbelieveable.

This is one of the most amazing buildings I’ve ever seen. It’s simply unreal.
