Lexington aka: Lexington Fayette, Lexington-Fayette

The people are so friendly which makes it extra special.

Maybe it was just the time of year I was there, or the context of that visit, but Lexington and I really did not hit it off. I’d be content with never going back.

i went with my mom and sister to check out the university’s campus. the entire city is gorgeous. i’d definitely go back!

I married someone who lived here. And then I lived here too. And then, I moved back to Maine, where I belong.

Beautiful scenery and a great little pub/bar scene near the campus of Transylvania University. Friendly locals, too.

One of the most beautiful cities! I wouldn’t mind living there at somepoint…

My friend and I went to the Rolex 4 star. The event took up the whole time, and I want to go back to explore the farms.

There is a fabulous little downtown that actually has an underground downtown too! I was here 10 yrs ago, but we went in the old-fashioned soda shop and were surprised to find that there was a whole other downtown under the street! Pretty cool!

Also, the weather here is mostly adorable- lots of nice, sunny days. It has the first KFC ever, lots of open horse-type things to visit (parks, etc) and is a college town too, so there are lots of clubbish-type restaurants, etc.
