Intramuros

I went with one of my bestest friends and her family. I can’t remember much except that I enjoyed walking on its streets and looking at the kalesa. One thing I regret, we were not able to ride on one. Maybe next time.

can i dare say i feel like Maria Clara whenever i walk around the streets of Intramuros? =)

fort santiago is worth the trip… a historical site thrice over. the old catholic churches – san antonio and the manila cathedral. at cafe isabel do not miss to try the sampaguita/jasmine ice cream.

It was a field trip.

Almost everything is made of rock. It feels like you’re transported back to the 1890’s, when the Philippines was still a Spanish colony.

Lot’s of history there.

This is where my boyfriend studies. A Very historical place.

Best place to go to for a historic tour, horse-driven carriage will take you around interesting spots such as the Manila Cathedral, San agusitn Chucrch (oldest) and more…
