Giverny

This was a spectacular day trip from Paris – the home of Claude Monet, and the site which inspired so many of his paintings. I’m so glad we took the time for a visit here.

For anyone interested in art, taking a trip to Monet’s home at Giverny is a great use of your time. You can tour the house (which contains the reproductions of Monet’s work—the real ones are at museums in Paris, New York, and elsewhere) and, more to the point, the GARDENS.
