my family and i usually go to Tagaytay because it’s only a 45min.-ride from our home. we enjoy going to this place to relax and take a break from the city life…it has a nice ambiance (overlooking Taal Volcano), and climate as well…Also, there are really nice restaurants to eat at such as Leslie’s and RSM =)

Worth visiting!
well…the past 32 years of being an Anaktagaytay is really worth it…
its a must see place…especially for people who wanted to go out of the city…
many are wondering why this city has not been spared by population…thank god its not that far and not that near also…
as you can see, Tagaytay is really in the center of calabarzon,
would you believe that it is bounded by three provinces…Cavite, Batangas and Laguna…
the best thing about tagaytay is that it has yet to be developed…unlike in some urban cities…it might likely follow the urban plan of puerto princesa…
so cool, so mist…the beauty of tagaytay is worth visiting…
attention motorists: its good to travel on weekdays…you will enjoy the vacation truly…but weekends is definitely a homecoming for Manilans who frequent Tagaytay…

Not worth visiting!
Its a very nice place. We had to return a second time, on the return trip from Batangas, in order to see the volcanoes due to the heavy fog. I’d advise against visiting during rainy or foggy days. It’s very nice and scenic on sunny days! (It IS WORTH visiting. Sorry, that was a mistake in the heading)

Manila
This is the best and most practical getaway if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the City. Approximately you can get in to this place at approximately 2 hours from Manila.
The climate of this place is absolutely nice. The weather is cold and its the next best thing to Baguio since Baguio, the summer capital is atleast a 6 hours drive.
We went here for a retreat near the Pink Sisters and the place is very relaxing. You should also try the various restaurants while enjoying the scenic view of the lake and the Taal Volcano.
A must try is the BUCO TART which is like a small version of a Buco Pie… its such a tasty treat especially combined with hot brewed coffee… its heaven!
