Pearl Harbor

I went to this place when I was on my honeymoon in Hawaii! We waited 2.5 hours to see the memorial and it was worth it! Many people feel it’s worth it. Check out the video they have on it, it really shows how it was! :( Wonderful story and the tragedy should never be forgotten. Rest in peace marines and navy men!!

Really interesting.

If it were at all feasable (financially) I would love to live here. I realize I could never get my wife to move that far away from her folks (Arkansas) but I hope I can return. Put this on your “must See” list. I was here in the Summer of ‘77 while on a WESPC cruise.

I went about 16 years ago… and I still remember how chilled to the bone I was then.

Somber experience. Thinking about the USS Arizona Memorial still gives me the chills. I mean you’re looking down into a mass grave. Enough said.

What a historical place. It was an eye opening experience.

If you can, see Pearl Harbor when in Hawaii. It is very sobering and you can’t help but feel some emotion there. It is definitely part of our country’s history and it should never be forgotten as those who rest there should not be forgotten. Definitely worth visiting.

if you go to hawai’i, try to make it a point to visit pearl harbor—it’s an extremely powerful place & an immensely important part of world history. i’m so glad i got to see it for myself.

Sobering place to visit on a beautiful island. Very worth visiting.
