Tenerife

I just got back 2 hours ago, actually and it is so damn freezing back here in England, it’s not even funny, lol.

We spent a week at the Bahia Principe Costa Adeje, which was gorgeous, but I didn’t really see anything. We spent a majority of the time at the hotel and only really went to the playa de las americas (sp?).
So, I’d go back to that hotel, I loved it, but I’d rather go somewhere that’s more interesting or something >.<.
I did, however, learn that schweineschnitzel (sp? lol) is german for pork (Don’t ask, the menus were in 4 languages). That is a useless fact, but I had fun saying it =p.

I’m freezing right now. Never go on holiday in December and come back in December if you live in England =p.

When you go to Tenerife, you have to visit Teide, Spain’s highest mountain. It’s amazing!
The drive up is like a visit to the moon. There’s black sand and lavarocks everywhere, and the mountain itself is beautiful. To be recommended!

I’ve read that from an article and it’s the very reason why I’m interested. The top and foremost crave of any vacation I venture into are the hotels! it’s where we sTay ;)

Spain is building a high demand approach of its hotels. The expansion is an important part of the country’s long-term growth strategy. Many hotel in Tenerife is newly established and more business investments seem to conquer in the beautiful cities.

A really beautiful place. This volcanic island is a great holiday destination, its hot for most of the year, has great beaches, is cheap and had great sea food. it is also one of the only places in the world where you can see dolphins and whales swimming together. I took a trip and saw pilot and blue whales as well as bottle nosed dolphins…magnificent. Try the canarian cuisine too, its influenced by the african coast (which tenerife is close to)...a really great place.
