Gran Canaria

Gran Canaria is a very nice place, If you go I highly recommend riding the camels at Maspalomas! It’s also a great idea to visit Palmitos Park to see all the birds! It’s very hot at times in Gran Canaria though so be sure to take plenty of fans, hats, and sunglasses with you!

Anfi at its liveliest… where you can almost taste the sea.

I went here in the christmas of 2005, i went to the town of Puerto Rico, a very quiet place but realy nice, i stayed in the El Greco hotel, just a stones throw from the beach, we had a great time, we seen a little bit of the island.
One bad thing about it was in the commercial center’s where all the pub’s and restaurant’s are, people are bombarding you trying to get you into their place, it’s overwhelming. On the whole Gran Canaria is a great place to get a tan.

and they were all fantastic. I can’t wait to go again but that won’t be for ages. All in all, i’ve probably been about 9-10 times in the last 12 years.

I would not really say it was not worth visiting, there truely are much beautiful places. But Playa des Ingles is much to crowded.
