A tour much worth going on…

Go here if for nothing else the smell. I’ve never smelt anything like it and it kind of stays with you. It was a nice place to visit. They give free lemonade and/or tea.

I absolutely enjoyed this place. The tour was awesome. Clears the sinuses!!!

Lynchburg is a nice quiet place, being there allows you to step back in time. I almost got the feeling of being in Mayberry. The only thing that sucked is the fact it’s a dry county. One thing I do enjoy is being on their mailing list, you get cool invites to their many activities.

Try to go early enough in the day to be able to visit the town of Lynchburg itself. It’s charming, and everything was closed when I got there and took the last tour of the day.

Be sure and pick up a few bottles of Jack. Also, take in the smells during the tour….mmmmmmm good!

Apparently Jack Daniels died while kicking his safe, and they tell you the story there. I also hear the employees get free whiskey every payday.

Make sure you know that it is a dry county before you go; however, the tour is entertaining and you learn why JD is brown.
