Niagara Falls

Okay..so I should be writing a negative review but I really had a good time. My friends and I walked over the Rainbow Bridge to get into Canada. It took an hour and we were only going there originally for an hour! They thought I was a criminal at first! So we finally get in and now we must hurry, so rush along the water we do. I wasn’t impressed until I got to the horseshoe falls and looked into the vortex. Even better when you’re wearing pilot eyes sunglasses! Thankfully my friend had a pair!

Neat place. I enjoy the Canadian side better.

I went here for the first time with my parents (who used to go every year) and my siblings when I was 13. I had such a wonderful time and there was so much to see and do. When I was 16, I returned with school and had even more fun! It’s breath- taking!

Oh My!!! It was such a expirience, I was there 6 years ago and I still remind the sound of the water falling, and the feeling of the soft breeze!! I abslutely recomend it!! One of the mother nature wonders. It just does miracles 4 ur soul!! Love it!!

The Maid of the Mist ride is absolutely awesome. The perspective is breathtaking. And you get an extra dose of the falls sprayed right at you!!

the falls themselves are beautiful, but wayyy over developed and commercialized. it seemed like the majority of the people there were there to party, gamble, and be obnoxious. these factors definitely took away from my enjoyment, specifically american fratboys being idiots.

The heat got too much for me so unfortunately all I did there was the maid of the mist trip, which is TOTALLY worth it – so much fun! Would have loved to do that “journey behind the falls” thing too, though.

I think it is 1 of the 7 wonders of the world, and is beautiful!

I truly believe that this is one of the most beautiful places on Earth. I went here at night, and via Niagara Falls Blvd., and still it was an impressive sight.

Everyone else with me was focusing on getting some last minute swag from the local shops and I was totally into the sight of the falls by moonlight. The sky was clear and as dark as I can ever remember seeing a sky with the moon just overhead. I had the luck of being there during one of the times when they shine the rainbow on the falls from Skylon tower which was great.

I think though that, of my group, I was the only one to notice this fact. Quite sad how small minded shallow people deny themselves the true pleasures in life. That’s not even getting into the warmth and hospitality of the Canadian people.

I can’t wait to go back.

Go in the winter. What a sight!
