I read it was 50’s town.

What I would give to live in the 40’s or 50’s…

My family has gone here semi annually for the past 5 years… BEAUTIFUL and a TON of fun!

I was just a couple months old. Since I’ve spent every summer.
My prom weekend was even in the Crest.
Best Beach
Best Boardwalk
Best time ever.

Wildwood, NJ is a great place to visit on the South Jersey Shore. Wildwood has nice beaches and all, but the shoreline is far away from the sand dunes (Long walk to get to the ocean). Also, saddly, the ocean is a dark green-ish blue because of polution. No, you can’t see the ocean floor, but it is still fun to visit and swim down the shore. One hotel I recommend is Pier 6600, a nice hotel that isn’t that far from the boardwalk, but right by the ocean. I love that place, I stayed there every 1-2 years ever since I was 6. There’s alot to Wildwood, and you can’t just stay for a day. If you are around Avalon, or another city around the south jersey shore, I recommend you drive around 5-10 miles south towards Wildwood, NJ.

the boardwalk… its amazing. ah-mazing. and so much fun. thats a picture of me and my dad on the loopty loop rollercoaster on one of the peirs. me and my family go there every year. we go to the port royal. http://portroyalhotel.com/amenities.htm i think its the best hotel in the whole place. for the best fudge you HAVE to go to laura’s fudge. its kind of by the end of the boardwalk. out of all the amazing places i’ve been in the world… theres no place like wildwood.

we had our honeymoon at Wildwood.. it was great

i’ve been going here since i was a little girl. it’s a vacation for me everyyear, and i never get sick of it. if you go you HAVE TO try the polish water. yum. i suggest pinacolada and watermelon <3

If you love Las Vegas and Palm Springs for the 50’s modern
architecture and over the top neon you should rush to
Wildwood NJ before they tear down all the cool motels and
put up soulless condos. Don’t forget to take a ‘Doo Wop’ 50’s
trolley tour to see all the relevant eyecandy.
