Marquette

i lived in marquette for about five years. i remember it being a small, simple, quiet town, really a great place to do some growing up. no shortage of miserable winters with tons of snow, but that’s not terribly surprising. beautiful wilderness, plenty of relics from the iron ore days, and pasties. you have to eat pasties in marquette, i don’t know of anywhere else in the world you can get them.
