Crif Dogs

I love the one with cream cheese and jalapeño relish.

Crif Dogs is mostly about over-the-top hot dogs, like the breakfast dog which is covered in scrambled egg and cheese wrapped in bacon… try stepping to that with your gullet. I am more of a hot dog purist, but I would definitely stop in here instead of getting a dirty water dog on the LES. And they have beer.

I was next door at a little club called Open Air while visiting NY and had a little bit of an appetite after some drinking. Crif Dogs came to my rescue. Open late and delicious.

Who knew a hot dog with melted cheese and a pickle on it could be that good?

i love this place! so many cool arcade games and toys. i love the corn dogs and the dog with cheese and a half sour pickle. they even have r.c. cola on tap!

although basically everything here is good, this particular combo’s gotta be my favorite.

Do you love deep fried hot dogs? I know I do. A small resteraunt on St. Marks between 1st and A, this place has it all; beer, deep fried hot dogs, cheese fries, egg creams, and a full collection of mullet head figures. What? You want classic arcade games too? Fine, they have those along with board games including Simpson’s trivial pursuit.
