Was to see Riverdance!

The only time I go to Philips Arena is to watch Hockey…but I am not a fan of the Thrashers even tho I live in Atlanta…I’m a huge Maple Leaf fan so I only go to games when they are playing the thrashers here. There are the occasionaly concerts at philips as well but its a pretty cool arena

I watched a hockey game here with Jeff P, Jon H, and Mike M. The time frame would’ve been the summer of 2002.

I finally made it here and was not disappointed. Great sight lines, boisterous crowd, right off MARTA, and the Flyers won—what more could I ask for?

The best thing about Atlanta is our THRASHERS!!! There is no energy like being at a hockey game. My advice is ride MARTA if at all possible or be prepared for traffic post event.

Yesterday we bought game tickets, plane tickets, and booked a hotel room so we’ll see the Flyers play the Trashers here on Jan. 28, 2007.

Even the seats in the nosebleed section are good. Although a bit too cramped for my taste, the seating is really well arranged for just about any venue.

Shame about the tenants though… Good place for a concert too

It is a great place to see a concert…Greenday was amazing!

The last time I was in Atlanta, the building was still a hole in the ground under construction. I want to see a Thrashers home game as part of our NHL arenas odyssey.
