Blacksburg

I have lived in or around Blacksburg most of my life. Watching Tech play on TV feels like home!

I’m going to join the Konnarock Trail Crew.

i <3 my city of blacksburg, they have the best bus system anywhere

they have a pretty good outdoor store and the top of the stairs is a cool hang out

I made it from Atlanta to Blacksburg in 5 hours one time. Not a bad drive… Not that there’s much to do out there other than drink and tip cows.

Somebody told me recently that Blacksburg is like the Shire, blessedly isolated from the troubles of the rest of the world.

I love blacksburg for all of its qualities: from the wind in the winter to the new river in the summer.

Lots of Tech friends make the place fun. Otherwise it sort’ve creeps me out.

I have friends that live here and I’d love to visit them. If anyone has additional pictures, that would be great.
