Fisherman's Wharf

Great seafood and excellent shopping.I took a tour in a small boat around the bay and the views are excellent even in the fog.

Go at least once a year. I love the shopping I love the food and I love the weather! :)

There’s a guy who hides behind fake bushes and jumps out and scares you and then demands money. :-P (If you’re male, he says, “Be a man, put money in the can.” If you’re female, he tells you it’s probably the best thrill you’ve had in years!)

A bunch of shitty corporate shops. A glorified mini-mall. But the harbor seals and Alcatraz are both great.

There’s this guy in Fisherman’s Wharf who has been there for years. He draws a lot of attention to himself in being obscure….but he isn’t. Does anyone know who I’m referring to? He looks like a homeless person, but I’ll be he has some nice home in a very nice part of SF.

Like everyone else has said, the Fisherman’s Wharf really is a tourist trap. But if you really want to get the feel of the Bay Area, it’s definately not a place to avoid. There are tons of food stands, people, and fun things to do, all for a price, mind you. It’s fun for the atmosphere. Just make sure you don’t leave without having some clam chowder served in a sourdough bread bowl. Seriously, the best.

i was great i ate something like a “panecook” something like that and i like it so much, but i got a ticket,...ps i thoyght it was called fishermans “dwarf”, im sorry in my coment of sanfrancisco if any little people saw it i meant wharf i just confused the two words
