Paramount's Kings Island

Was 24 years ago. I was chosen for the dolphin show! I got to touch the dolphin, feed it, and it pulled me around the pool in a blow-up boat! I will never forget that day!

The last time I went to King’s Island was on a trip for our school band. It was sooo much fun. It poured down rain, but it was so worth it! :)

I’ve been going there frequently since I was 8. I now live over 600 miles away and I still try to go often. I just got back from a tour of Kings Island and Cedar Point and this was more fun. The rides are great and the lines are shorter.

The Beast is a classic everyone should ride.

Overall King’s Island is blown away by Cedar Point. The quality/value really went down hill after Paramount bought it in the 90’s.

I grew up in Cincy so i guess i’m kindof used to PKI. But i love it and they have great rides.

you know growin up in ohio grade school was divided into two groups…the people who liked nintendo over sega, and those who favored kings island over cedar point. As a kid i prefered nintendo and cedar point but as an adult my mind has somewhat changed.

i now love playstation and have a serious love for this amusment park called paramounts kings island. The park is never SUPER packed like cedar point and it’s also closer. kings island has great rides that you can ride over and over and over again and is overall a fun place to run around with friends.

The outer limits is one of my favs along with delirium (omg!) but my favorite all time coster in the park is the vortex! i can ride that looping coaster of joy for hours!

Cedar point will always be my fav…but kings island definatley has a place in my heart!

Best time to go is the afternoon on a Wednesday and Thursday. These days are almost completely dead. You can ride almost every ride in the park with very little wait. We went on July 1st and had time to ride everything (some more than once), eat, and see fireworks.

Also,wearclothing that dries easily.

I love this place, it was great. last time i went there was for my Senior class trip. It was fun

Been to Kings Island so many times, in fact I work there as a teenager. Right before I went off to collage. Great amusement park!

Go late in the season, if you can. After the regular season, they have about a month of corporate parties, and then after that, they stay open for another few weeks until the weather starts to give way.

The big advantage is that there are no crowds. Also, the weather isn’t as hot as it would be in July or August. The best part is that they close the park well after dark if you go in like October. Riding The Beast in darkness is truly scary and amazing!
