The Mystery Spot

Well worth the trip just for the bumper stickers.

But I used to live down the street from it, so the novelty wore off after a while.
I’ll put it this way: it’s probably not worth a trip to Santa Cruz just to see The Mystery Spot, but if you’re already in SC, then by all means, check it out.

i don’t really want to say its WORTH IT as big as I would say with other places, but its an interesting spot to visit. especially if you are a cynical one like me.

the Mystery Spot is awesome. If you come to Santa Cruz it’s one of the best places to visit.

I wouldn’t go out of my way for it but it def is worth a visit if you are driving by. The gravity thing is freaky but I didn’t like our guide – he was very ambiguous about whether there was anything supernatural about the place. And they give you a free bumper sticker that says “Mystery Spot” We figured out all the ways we might splice it and stick it on our car:

I went here as a field trip when I was younger. It’s something you can take kids to see as a day trip. Very interesting attraction and will have you saying “Whoa! How does it do that?!”

thought that it was a fun and interesting place to go. i would recommend to anyone that goes to make a reservation via internet before you go. we had to wait 2 hours before we could go on our tour, i am sure that some of it was that we went on labor day when every one and their mama was out. but definatly a place to go see!

It is a pretty bizarre place, and a true “roadside attraction”—so tacky I had to love it.
