Empty beaches

My friends and I went about 15 minutes north by Jeep and found an incredibly beautiful, deserted beach. There was a small cafe on the beach, with a tank full of different fish. One friend picked out a red snapper, and within an hour we had incredible grilled red snapper, fresh tortillas, homemade salsa, mangos, and more I don’t remember. By then I was foregoing alcohol and drinking bottled water – it was one of the last days of our 10-day trip. That was the best red snapper! I usually didn’t care for that kind of fish (give me salmon any meal every meal), but it was delicious! I walked alone south along the water and found several different types of coral washed up at the high tide line; only a few more people showed up at that beach for the whole day. The people were all nice, the food good, and I didn’t get sick at all – ate everything I wanted, but drank only bottled water.

The last time I went to this place

It’s been a long time. Going here was the first time I had ever been outside the United States. I remember the water reminded me a lot of beer (given that it was on the other side of Mexico) washing up on the shore. I came home with about a pound of sand dollars, a sunburn, and wonderful memories.

How this place changed my life

Plain and simple, the people of Puerto Vallarta are amazing. It was the most humbling experience of my life and I cant wait to return. Stay at a resort, but go out and meet the people. You wont regret it.

Spoiled, spoiled, spoiled! Never have I had a man (with an accent) spray me with cool water as I sunbathed. Every need was catered to, the drinks & food were fabulous at the hotel & in town.

A review of this place: best mexican beach spot

come out here, stay at a villa, have margaritas, and relax.
steer clear from the nightlife!
also, ull find great non-mexican food restaurants.
why is silver sooo expensive here?
its THE beach spot to visit in mexico!
gay-friendly too!
