Bozeman

Technically I haven’t been to Bozeman yet, but next month I’m attending my cousin’s wedding there :)

I went in August and I was still cold. Absolutely beautiful though! My brother and nephew live here.

I lived here for a good number of years.

I spent a week in Bozeman about five years ago. I was in college and I drove out to Bozeman with a car-full of friends to go skiing at Bridger Bowl. It was in the middle of winter and the scenery was amazing. It was a cute little college town with a lot to offer! The city was cute, but once you left the city limits there wasn’t anything for hours. I guess that’s the appeal of Montana, though, right?

We lived here for a year, moved away for a couple years, and had to move back because we missed it so much! I have lived in several different parts of the country and the people in Montana are by far the most genuine and down-to-earth. The scenery is fantastic and the area offers great hiking, camping, skiing, etc. This is a great place to live or visit!

I love Bozeman…I always will. I love skiing the Bridgers, actively-lazy floating of the Madison, the Cat Eye Cafe, Vargo’s Books and Jazz, AleWorks, the Upstairs Zebra (no longer there), Cheever Hall, Alara, Down-to-Earth Ashtanga Yoga, Soundfix, Eightrack, the Baxter, that orchid greenhouse out in Belgrade, and the people of course.

despite the college crowd. These are some of my favorite nurses to work with at Bozeman Deaconess in L&D. Genuinely good and warm people regardless of all the snow!
My husband and are are strongly considering moving to the breathtaking scenery of this state. I can’t stand all of the suicidal mule deer who want to drive your already moving vehicle…scarres the CRAP out of me…but the natureal, mineral hot springs are wonderful.

WOOHOO!!! I am moving here in December!!! I can’t wait! My husband is a carpenter and will hopefully be able to snag his dream job out there! I’m an outdoor freak who’s going to (finally)live in a place where I can run wild! Plus some of our best friends live there! Bozeman, here I come!
